I am thankful for this moment of stillness of mind
I am thankful for a brief moment of re-engagement with Toni
I am thankful for our wonderful children. Their love and generosity of heart is breathtaking.
I am thankful for choosing excellence today and what a difference that choice has already made
I am thankful for my brilliant mind, my loving heart and my loyal and ever giving body.

I am thankful for returning to this web site after being away for a wee holiday at our bach Kawau.
And, at the same time, I am thankful for places that still exist without Internet access or other forms of technology.
I am thankful for the sky and earth.
I am grateful for waking up full of rich dreams and love.
I am thankful for my monrning time-- morning pages (journaling), meditation and visualisation.
I am thankful for the relaxed feeling in my heart right now. |

I am thankful that i am now on holidays for a week and have a wonderful restful week ahead.
I am grateful to Dr Dave for coming to take care of the beautiful people in our office.
I am thankful that the sun was out on monday so we could play tennis.
I am thankful that my mum is in Auckland and I can share a week with her and Toni.
I am thankful for the amazing in-laws i have and how much i enjoy spending time with them.
Blessed am I. |

I am thankful for the nice weekend with my gorgeous girls.
I am thankful I was able to finish my accounting on Sunday, and still have time for left over.
I am thankful Catherine, Aurelia and I had such a nice trip to Auckland yesterday, and that we didn't get caught up in any traffic as we were always swimming against the tide, as it were.
I am thankful the weather is looking better again.
I am thankful we finally found some nice new shoes for Catherine.
I am thankful for our beautiful little daughter, who is such a delight to be around and who never fusses needlessly.
I am thankful we are all happy and healthy.
I am thankful Catherine and I have so much in common, and that we always enjoy each others' company & conversation.
I am thankful for our car, which has been loyal companion for such a long time now. |

I am thankful for the lovely trip to Auckland yesterday with my family.
I am thankful to have made it to and from safely.
I am thankful my husband is an awesome driver.
I am thankful Aurelia is enjoying her time with us and always full of smiles.
I am thankful to have a healthy happy family.
I am thankful to feel well.
I am thankful to be going to Canada in less than a month with Aurelia and Alexander.
I am thankful to be able to get out for walks in the morning with Aurelia.
I am thankful to have lunchtime during the week with Alexander.
I am thankful for my life and the people who surround me. |

Thanx for a wonderful weekend with my friends from the DB-Seminar. I am thankful that we are experiencing every half year very harmonious hours. I am thankful that this year I saw for the first time the province Elsas in France. Thanx for the beautiful lodge we were allowed to enjoy. I am thankful that the goat of the lodge owner has accepted us as friends and lay down near to us on the terrace. I am grateful that we have seen the most colorful arc of a superb appropriate place from the forest. I am thankful for the warm, deep conversations we could lead. I am grateful that our meetings every six months are so much harmonious as we would be much more together.
I'm thankful that I have witnessed Pallas seminars and experience every day how easy life is with deep thankfulness! Thank you! |

I am thankful for my healthy family.
I am thankful for the love I receive and give.
I am thankful for the good quality food.
I am thankful for clean tapwater, so that I don't have to buy water in plastic bottles.
I am thankful for the clean air to breath.
I am thankful for rain and sunshine, which lets everything grow very well.
I am thankful for the recycling-system to make it easier on the environment.
I am thankful for our beautiful mother Earth.
I am thankful for waking up to the chirping of birds.
I am thankful for the quiet weekend with my husband.
I am thankful for the surprise-visit of my son, his wife and their baby.
I am thankful for the long beachwalks with my husband.
I am thankful for all the safe travels in our life.
I am thankful for the opportunity to see so much of our amazing planet.
I am thankful for my part in doing something good for mankind and the Earth.

I am thankful for having time this weekend with some friends and for relaxing a little.
I am thankful for my progress over the last years, and for becoming more self aware each and every day.
I am thankful that I am able to confront my challenges and troubles, and embrace them to help me grown and learn, and that I do not run or hide from them - or abuse substances in order to try and escape them.
I am thankful for the strength I find in thankfulness - and for the great changes its made in my life.
I am thankful for achieving lots this weekend.
I am thankful for the beautiful sunshine today.
I am so thankful for my loving family, and for their support of me.
I am thankful my home is looking so beautiful.
I am thankful for all the learning I have done over the past weeks with my work - and for gaining some very valuable new skills. |

I am thankful to have made significant progress today.
I am thankful for the help I have had from Sandra and Robbie in getting another room ready for a friend who coming to stay with us for a while.
I am really thankful this friend will be here for at least two weeks because he is a favourite friend.
I am thankful that we who live in Weldon are enriching each others lives.
I am thankful that we all think like this.
I am thankful to be living in lovely Hawkes Bay. It is surely the best place in NZ to be!
I am thankful for my friends and how much I love them.
I am thanful for our wondorous world. The light; the colours; the animals; the plants..
I am thankful that I have made the decision let James live a little longer although he is blind, deaf and has heart congestion and is 15 years old. He is happy as long as he can eat yummy food and go out in the car and for little walks.I
I am thankful to have had my budgies and a canary flying around in my bedroom for two days. |
