Today I am thankful for the connection to keep in touch, even tho I may veer off the path time to time, this helps keep me on track, well the knowledge of.
I am thankful for catching up with old friend from Christchurch from 70s, when we all travelled together in N.Z and Australia, old friends are precious, and need to be treasured.
I am thankful for the bike ride and swim I managed before my friend arrived.
I am thankful for the day we spent catching up on the last years events.
I am thankful for Richard meeting us for dinner and being accepting of my old friend.
Thankful for the perfect day, weather and everything. |

I am thankful for the opportunity to embrace change to improve my families life
I am thankful John is feeling better after the 2 teeth he got pulled out today as he was in a lot of pain, and I am grateful he is resting his back as he has strained it from work and requires time to rest, reflect and re-asses his life
I am thankful Dad is coping mentally since the collapse of his business and although he has lost a lot of money he seems to be managing to move on
I am thankful for my health and that I can earn a good living a support my family with the lifestyle we choose
I am thankful for my full classes and that I provide a good service to the community and hopefully adding to the conscious awareness of society
I am thankful for achieving so much today, caring for my husband, preparing the Yoga hall, cleaning and setting up, cooking yummy breakfast, lunch and dinner for the family, doing the housework, helping my daughter with her exams and still have plenty of energy to teach tonight |

I am thankful for a lovely weekend with the family
I am thankful for our harmonious relationships
I am thankful Sul went to the movies with his friends today
I am thankful John got some time to himself to completely relax
I am thankful Alfred had such a positive dream of the future of thankfulness
I am thankful Dziko went for a run this morning through the forest
I am thankful for our families health, wealth and well being of mind, body and spirit
I am thankful more and more I complement my children for there individuality and recognize as they grow up the require less direction from me and more encouragement to trust and follow there own truth
I am thankful I more and more I know my children will make the best decisions for there own lives and trust we guided them into adulthood with the best intentions, love and support
I am thankful for my career and the blessings in my life
I am thankful for the peace and harmony which is within and around me and my family
I am thankful for love |

I am thankful for a wonderful life which is filled with so many things to be thankful for.
I am thankful for a blesed life, with everything I need.
I am thankful to have a comfy warm home to shelter from the cold.
I am thankful for the food which I have in abundance, for my comfy bed, and for all the people who work so hard just so I can have power, running water, flushing toilets and all the basics which just happen that we so often take for granted.
I am thankful to be living in NZ. I am thankful for my friends who are so fun, caring and supportive.
I am thankful that each day I can take time to learn more about myself in some way.
I am thankful to have a loving family. I am thankful for my beautiful nephew.
I am thankful to have work, which I enjoy, thats challenging and that earns me a good living.
I am thankful for my health. |

Today I am thankful for the glorious day once
Thankful to catch up with lovely young family for time out today
Thankful to come home and make lovely lunch
Thankful to have lovely space to relax in and enjoy as our temporary home.
Thankful for everything that allows me to do this course.
Thankful for all I am and my potential to grow into the fullness of everything available. |

I am thankful for the first sun rays entering our room.
I am thankful to wake up, having my dear wife next to me since 35 years.
I am thankful, that we have been to an Imax movie yesterday - always something very special.
I am thankful, that we can effort to stay in this nice hotel and for the whole life style we have.
I am thankful, that I can sit in the bed and be connected to the rest of the world.
I am thankful for all our friends and relatives around the world.
I am thankful for our little VW convertible with so little thirst.
I am thankful for 2 days away from home.
I am thankful for all the entries in this list.
I am thankful for my dream last night (I just remember), that one day not to far away, most people will understand in depth the power of thankfulness and will bring a whole new peaceful era to human kind. |

Today I am thankful for the lovely market we could go to this morning to stock up on fresh produce and buy good food
I am thankful for the variety there to choose from
I am thankful for having the day out visitin g places and people
I am thankful for going out for a meal tonight
I am thankful for hearing from a friend to make a date tomorrow
Thankful for hearing from my sister in n.z and being able to rilng her for a chat.
I am thankful for my bedtime now, as still tired after vigorous yoga session yesterday
Thankful for the peaceful and glorious fine day today |

I am thankful for a beautiful sunny morning
I am thankful for the constant reminders of the power of thankfulness and I have even noticed how many successful people seem to be verbally grateful for their amazing lives very often
I am thankful to have a girls day out with my daughter today and the boys are at football
I am thankful more and more people are aware of the Stress Management seminar and are making the most out of the early bird special price
I am thankful the advertising banner arrived early and I could put it up on the main street with success
I am thankful for having a nice chat with my sister and wishing her a Happy Birthday
I am thankful for such a delightful life, for our health and happiness in the family and the freedom to live the life we choose
I am thankful for the abundance and good fortune in my life and being able to share it with my loved ones and friends
I am thankful we are getting excited for Raro and got a table at the famous Tamarind House restaurant |

Today I am ever thankful to have been able to attend yoga class,(even tho it was beyond my capabilities, 2hr astanga)
Thankful to be able to bike there on a beautiful morning and meet richard for lunch after.
I am thankful I could walk to beach and swim in the late afternoon sun, enjoying the quietness of the beach.
I am thankful I'm not in charge of getting dinner and can relax now and enjoy the golden sunset.
I am thankful for all the circumstances allowing this break here escaping n.z. winter.
I am thankful I have a friend who is trusting enough to provide us with accomodatiion and vehicle to use, very privileged here.
I am thankful to be aware of what I need to be doing to improve my life and fulfill the potential. |

I am thankful for having the day to myself and to prepare for another weekend with the family
I am thankful for all my beautiful participants in the yoga classes
I am thankful and very excited about promoting thankfulness and also like the idea about going global with thankfulness, God willing
I am thankful for being blessed with this life and the feeling of being born to remind people of their essence of love, light and truth, I love my work
I am thankful my family and I are alive and well, that we are healthy and balanced in mind, body and spirit
I am thankful for all the amazing people I have met in my life so far
I am thankful that our house is weather proof, warm and cosy
I am thankful for the time to meditate and deepen my connection with the great oneness
I am thankful for the interconnectedness of all life
I am thankful for sauna and steam rooms and spa's to really warm me up
