I am thankful for love light and truth for honest relationships with my family and loved ones for caring and sharing of the all, even being able to confront fears and negative behaviours and out worn ideas together and move forward with compassion and self respect
I am thankful I will be 42 tomorrow and love being alive and well in mind body and soul

I am thankful Sul is going on a bmx adventure today and that he is safe and well
