I am thankful for the wonderful times we have had with our grand daughter last week.
I am thankful for another week of beautiful sunshine and a clear sight over to the other site of the coast with the snow mountains.
I am thankful for the clear nights.
I am thankful for the peace and tranquillity, the sun is rising and it is sunday, most people are still asleep.
I get up and out to get some fresh air, eat a banana, something so trivial, but so special - 1000 reasons to be thankful for during just this moment. |

I am thankful for the health wealth and well being of my family loved ones friends and I
I am thankful I can give and receive pure love, pure light and pure truth, what a blessing to be fully alive
I am thankful for being true to myself and being the being I can be walking and talking my truth with love and light in line with the universal truths
I am thankful I have raised my children to speak freely to me with openness when ever the wish to share and care what is on there mind and in their hearts

I am thankful for an inspiring reading of of my dear friend Sophie first book and the challenges she met as thefirst HIV person in New Zealand
I am thankful for the healing and peace my family loved ones and friends are brave enough to embrace and how it is becoming more and more acceptable for people to be open and honest about who they are to allow healing to occur
I am thankful more and more living a life free of addictions for helping others break through past conditionings and frustration that turns them to negative addictive behaviors that no longer encourage the unity of mind body and soul
